Shortly after you submit the form on our Contact page, we'll reach out to schedule a 15-minute phone call aimed at understanding your copy needs. Together, we'll sketch out deliverables and a timeline.
After our call, we'll give you a quote and a contract to sign. These lay out our hourly rates, revision policy, and other boring details so you know what you're getting into. One of our fabulous writers will then get to work on your project.
All 99 Degrees copy undergoes a rigorous editing process prior to delivery. This does not count toward your invoiced hours and ensures the end product is clear and free of any errors.
Should you want to change anything after receiving your copy, we'll conduct one round of revisions, free of charge. After that, changes are billed hourly.

Most of our clients come to us for website copy or blog content, but we're also great at composing marketing copy: press kits, flyers, and email newsletters included.
We're unable to ghostwrite your book at this time, but if that's what you're here for, shoot us a message anyway. We might know someone who'd be a good fit.

We charge a competitive hourly rate; half of this is due upfront, while the other half is due upon delivery. Longer, more complex projects will naturally cost more than short-term copy projects, but for clients on a tight budget, we're happy to begin with a narrower scope and work outward from there.
All of our clients are entitled to one free round of revisions, after which changes are billed hourly.

Of course you can. But nothing’s stopping ChatGPT or Gemini from giving you the exact same copy they gave someone else—and because AI can’t know exactly what you’ve accomplished or are trying to achieve, its suggestions are bound to fall a little flat.
In fact, many of our clients have previously tried using AI-generated copy. They found the process of fact-checking, editing, and tailoring each result so time-consuming that it was wiser to hire an expert instead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
